What are other costs in addition to our fixed professional fee?
Your additional costs may include:
· advertising fees
· court filing fees
Advertising fees vary, so until we lodge your advertisement, we will not know the relevant newspaper/court charges.
What are Disbursements?
Disbursements refer to the actual third-party costs incurred in the progression of your matter, such as:
- Court filing fees for filing your application
- Advertising, such as statutory notices in newspapers and online with the court
- Expert consultation fee’s, such as Accountancy fees if required with our Estate Complete service.
These disbursements are additional to our professional fee but may be necessary depending upon your particular circumstances and the services we provide to you.
