What are Disbursements?

Disbursements refer to the actual third-party costs incurred in the progression of your matter,  such as:

•  Court filing fees for filing your application
• Advertising, such as statutory notices in newspapers
• Expert consultation fee’s, such as Accountancy fees.

These are additional to our legal fees (professional fees) but they were necessary to your case.
